After Effects CS6 was built for architecture from 2012. It lacks optimization for modern multi-core processors, lacks native support for modern high-resolution displays (like 4K or 5K screens), and cannot leverage the latest GPU acceleration technologies (like modern NVENC or Apple Silicon).
