NSP (Nintendo Submission Package) is the official digital format used for games downloaded directly from Nintendo’s eShop. An NSP file contains the complete game data along with its digital license and authorization information. When you purchase "Paper Mario: La Puerta Milenaria" from the eShop, the file downloaded to your console's internal storage or microSD card is an NSP.
